About Course

For beginners we have this basic course. It enables the student to understand the lines, symbols and drawings of interior/architecture drawings. The course curriculum includes the basic introduction of furniture design, interior furnishing, elements of material, construction techniques and elements of services. The basic Interior Designing course cover only AutoCAD as far as computer graphics is concerned. Basic course includes residential project (Studio Apartment-2 BHK) starting from furniture layout to sections & elevations, ceiling detail, flooring details as well as plumbing details. The course curriculum is designed to build the basic foundation of Interior Designing for the beginners.

EXAMINATION & CERTIFICATION

  • We have exams at the end of 6 Months.
  • Portfolio submission is compulsory as per the dates given by the faculty in order to appear for the exams.
  • Marking scheme include, portfolio submission, projects submission, exams, viva & field training.
  • Students will be issued a certificate for six months basic course in Interior Design and certificate for AutoCAD will be given separately after completion of the course from Autodesk.
