B.SC. INTERIOR DESIGN

B.Sc. Interior Designing is a program with a disciplined approach towards Interior, Architecture & Design providing students with a foundation in architecture, design, techniques and technical skills in line with today’s industry standards to create dynamic interiors. Industry experts actively participate in the teaching methodology such as lessons, seminars, workshops, site visits and market surveys.

This course is a three year course. This course provides you complete briefing about lines, orthographic projections, civil detailing, all kinds of drawings including plan, elevation, electrical, plumbing, kitchen details, toilet details, wardrobes, false ceiling, flooring and building by laws. Later it explains about designing residential, commercial, offices, retails, hospitality, educational, with landscaping etc. Graduated students can be absorbed in the industries like Retail Design, Interior Designing Firms, Product Supply Industry, Architecture Firms etc.

ELIGIBILITY

You may join this after completing your 10+2 with 40%.

EXAMINATION & CERTIFICATION

Exams are held semester wise, twice a year in June and December.
The exam includes seven theoretical papers and one practical paper. The practical assignment has to be submitted in the Institute itself.
Students are required to apply for Degree after completing three years.
Certificates for AutoCAD, 3DS Max & Revit Architecture are issued separately after completion of the course directly from Autodesk. Certificates of Google SketchUp& Photoshop are issued from Design Academy.
